Summary
This study aimed to find brain activity patterns that signal when people are becoming mentally or physically tired. Researchers measured brain waves in 169 healthy adults while they performed tasks designed to induce either mental fatigue or physical exhaustion. The goal was to identify reliable markers that could predict performance drops before they become noticeable.
