Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests BR2251, a new daily tablet, in 160 adults with gout and high uric acid. Participants receive one of three doses of BR2251 or the standard drug febuxostat for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which dose best lowers uric acid levels and reduces gout flare-ups.
