Summary
This study is testing a 5-week exercise program called Balanced Progressive Intensity Training (BPIT) in 369 healthy adults aged 18 to 65. Participants will do supervised workouts 3-5 times per week, gradually increasing intensity. The goal is to measure changes in movement quality, flexibility, strength, and balance. This is not a treatment for any disease.
