First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study is testing a 5-week exercise program called Balanced Progressive Intensity Training (BPIT) in 369 healthy adults aged 18 to 65. Participants will do 3 to 5 supervised sessions each week, with exercises that gradually increase in intensity. The goal is to see if the program improves movement quality, flexibility, strength, and balance. This is not a treatment for any disease—it is designed to learn how the body adapts to this type of training.
