Summary

This study involved 83 adults recently diagnosed with borderline personality disorder (BPD). Participants watched educational videos about BPD or other topics and completed daily surveys about their emotions and social interactions. The goal was to see if learning more about BPD and getting feedback on thinking skills could help reduce symptoms.
