Summary

This study looked at whether a simple breathing exercise called box breathing can help reduce anxiety, pain, and nausea in adults having a procedure called ERCP. 70 participants were split into two groups: one did box breathing during the procedure, and the other received standard care. The results could support using this easy, nurse-led technique to improve patient comfort without medication.
