Breathe away the pain: box breathing tested for ERCP patients

Summary
This study tests whether a simple breathing technique called box breathing can help reduce anxiety, pain, and nausea in adults undergoing a medical procedure called ERCP. About 70 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive standard care plus box breathing training or standard care alone. The goal is to see if this easy, non-drug method can improve patient comfort during and after the procedure.
