Summary
This study looked at whether taking a bowel-cleansing solution before a small bowel capsule endoscopy helps doctors see the intestine better and find problems more often. 230 adults referred for the procedure were randomly assigned to receive either a split dose, a single morning dose of the solution, or only clear liquids. The goal was to compare image quality and diagnostic success between the groups.
