This study looks back at the medical records of 34 people with hemiplegia (paralysis on one side) who received botulinum toxin injections between 2017 and 2020. The goal is to understand which muscles were injected and what doses worked best to reduce muscle stiffness and improve daily function. By analyzing past results, researchers hope to find patterns that can guide better treatment in the future.
