Summary

This study looks at two ways to inject botulinum toxin (like Botox) to treat long-term nerve pain from amputation in 100 combat veterans. The goal is to see which method—injecting inside the nerve or around it—works better for reducing pain and improving daily life. Participants will have their pain levels and function tracked over time.
