Summary

This study looks at whether botulinum toxin type A injections can improve hand and leg function and overall quality of life in 30 children and teens (ages 8-17) with spastic hemiparetic cerebral palsy. Participants receive the injection and are assessed before, at 4 weeks, and at 12 weeks after treatment. The goal is to see if this treatment helps them move more easily and feel better day-to-day.
