Botox bladder shots: can less be more for senior women?
NCT ID NCT05512039
Summary
This study is testing whether a lower dose of Botox injected into the bladder works as well as the standard dose for older women with sudden, hard-to-control urine leaks. It aims to see if the lower dose can reduce leaks and improve daily life while possibly causing fewer side effects. The trial involves 376 women aged 70 and older across several US medical centers.
