Summary
This study tested a plant-based sleep product against melatonin in 89 healthy women aged 35-55 who reported poor sleep. Participants took the supplement and reported sleep quality using a special scale, while also wearing an Apple Watch to track sleep stages. The goal was to see if the botanical extract worked better than melatonin for improving sleep.
