Summary

This study tested a special plant-based sleep product against melatonin in 89 healthy women ages 35 to 55 who reported poor sleep. Participants wore Apple Watches and filled out sleep and energy questionnaires. The goal was to see if the botanical extract worked better than melatonin for improving sleep quality.
