New hope for kids with rare blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing a drug called bosutinib for children with a specific type of leukemia called Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). It aims to find the right dose for kids and see how safe and effective it is, both for newly diagnosed patients and for those whose previous treatments have stopped working. The study will involve about 60 children and teenagers.
