Massive 12,500-Person study tracks heart device safety over years

Summary
This large registry study aims to monitor the long-term safety and performance of Boston Scientific heart rhythm devices in real-world patients. Researchers will follow approximately 12,500 people who receive these implanted devices, collecting data for as long as the devices remain in their bodies. The study doesn't test new treatments but gathers information required by European regulations to ensure existing devices work properly over time.
