Summary
This study aims to help more Native Americans in Oklahoma get a needed follow-up colonoscopy after an abnormal at-home stool test. Researchers will work with the community to create culturally sensitive text messages and videos, and test if offering a telehealth pre-visit instead of an in-person one makes it easier to complete the procedure. The goal is to find better ways to support timely cancer screening and reduce health disparities.
