Summary
This study aims to increase colon cancer screening rates in underserved Brooklyn communities by proactively mailing at-home stool test kits to eligible patients. The research will test whether this organized outreach, combined with support navigation, helps more people complete recommended screening. The goal is to prevent colon cancer by catching it early or finding precancerous growths.
