Summary
This study tests whether mailing colorectal cancer screening kits directly to patients can increase screening rates in underserved Brooklyn communities. About 3,000 adults aged 45-75 who are due for screening will receive a FIT test by mail and support to complete it. The goal is to catch cancer early and reduce health disparities.
