THC drug tested to ease breathlessness in advanced COPD

Summary
This study tests whether dronabinol, a synthetic THC (the active ingredient in cannabis), can reduce severe breathlessness in people with advanced COPD. About 30 participants will receive both the drug and a placebo at different times to compare effects. The goal is to see if it improves daily comfort and activity levels.
