Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with cancer that has spread to the bone. Participants receive a precise, high-dose radiation treatment (SBRT) followed by surgery within one week to stabilize the bone. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and helps prevent the cancer from returning in that bone. The study involves 39 adults with metastatic cancer in specific bones like the arm, leg, or pelvis.
