Bone-saving drug tested in kids after transplant

Summary
This early study tests if giving zoledronate soon after a stem cell transplant can safely prevent bone loss and fractures in children. About 20 kids aged 5 to 18 who are at high risk for bone problems will receive the drug. The goal is to see if it is safe and practical to use early on to protect bone health.
