Summary
This study tests a custom-made bone graft to repair a hole between the mouth and sinus that can happen after removing an upper molar. 13 adults with badly damaged teeth will get the graft, then 6 months later a dental implant. The goal is to see if the graft heals well enough to support a new tooth.
