First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study aims to understand how a single session of drop-landing exercise (like jumping) changes certain markers in the blood related to bone metabolism. Fifteen healthy young men will do the exercise and have blood samples taken before, right after, and one hour later. The goal is to learn more about how physical activity signals the bones to adapt.
