Summary

This study looks at bone damage in the finger joints of people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Researchers use special scans and tissue samples to see tiny blood vessels and holes in the bone. The goal is to better understand how bone erosions happen, which may help improve monitoring of RA in the future. Nine adults with RA who need finger joint replacement surgery are taking part.
