Summary
This study tested whether a drug called denosumab could help improve bone strength in women with anorexia nervosa who have low bone density. Thirty participants were randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo for one year. The goal was to see if the drug could increase bone mineral density and improve bone structure compared to the placebo.
