Summary
This study is for people with breast or prostate cancer that has spread to the bones and who have been taking bone-strengthening drugs for over two years. It aims to find out if it is safe and effective to either continue these drugs or reduce/stop them. The main goal is to see if reducing treatment affects patients' quality of life and their risk of bone complications.
