Summary

This study looked at the long-term safety and effectiveness of the drug bomedemstat in 81 people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of rare blood cancers. Participants had already taken bomedemstat in earlier studies and continued treatment to see how well it controlled their disease over time. The main goals were to track side effects, changes in spleen size, and platelet counts.
