New cancer drug trial aims to boost Chemo's power

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called BOLD-100 to standard FOLFOX chemotherapy can better control advanced cancers of the colon, pancreas, stomach, and bile ducts. Researchers will first find the safest dose of BOLD-100 and then see if the combination helps slow cancer growth and extend life for patients who have had limited prior treatment. The goal is to see if this new combination is more effective than chemotherapy alone.
