First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called BOLD-100 combined with standard chemotherapy (doxorubicin) in people with advanced soft tissue sarcomas that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink or slow tumor growth. About 32 participants will receive the drugs intravenously, with doxorubicin given for up to six cycles and BOLD-100 continued as long as it helps.
