Can simple body exercises calm stressed young adults?

Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of group exercise, called Body Awareness Therapy, can help young adults with high stress levels. Over 8 weeks, one group will do these exercises twice a week, while another group will not. Researchers will measure changes in stress, sleep quality, balance, and how far participants can walk in 6 minutes to see if the therapy helps.
