First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at how changing body position with an automatic bed affects breathing effort and lung function in 30 critically ill adults on ventilators. Researchers will measure muscle activity and lung images to see which positions help patients breathe better. The goal is to find safer ways to care for ICU patients without any direct treatment or cure.
