Scientists scan bodies to solve mystery of chronic stomach pain
NCT ID NCT07196735
Summary
This study aims to understand if there are physical differences in body composition between women with functional dyspepsia (chronic unexplained stomach discomfort) and healthy women. Researchers will use a painless electrical scan to measure body fat, muscle mass, and other physical markers in 40 women. The goal is to gather knowledge about this condition, not to test a treatment.
