New combo therapy aims to shrink lung tumors in advanced cancer patients

Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, BNT326 and BNT327, together in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or come back. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 420 adults will take part, including those who have not had treatment before or whose cancer got worse after prior therapy.
