Summary

This study tests a new drug called BMS-986158, either alone or combined with standard treatments (ruxolitinib or fedratinib), in about 216 people with high-risk myelofibrosis, a type of blood cancer. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink an enlarged spleen, a common problem in this disease. The trial is currently active but not recruiting new participants.
