Bone protein boosts dental implant success?
NCT ID NCT07240493
First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special bone protein (BMP) to a dental implant helps it stay stable and reduces bone loss after a tooth is pulled. Twenty-four adults with a damaged front or premolar tooth will get an implant right away, some with BMP and some without. Researchers will check implant stability and bone levels at 16 weeks to see if BMP makes a difference.
