Summary
This study looked at children who hurt their kidneys from a blunt force (like a fall or car crash). The goal was to see how well current bed rest guidelines work and to track problems like high blood pressure or blood in the urine. About 100 children took part, but the study was stopped early. No new treatment was tested—just careful observation.
