Summary
This study looks at whether taking blueberry powder can help overweight or obese people with signs of metabolic syndrome. The researchers want to see if blueberries change gut bacteria in a way that improves blood sugar, insulin, and cholesterol levels. About 59 adults will take either blueberry powder or a placebo for a period of time.
