Summary
This study is investigating whether eating blueberry powder can improve the mix of bacteria in your gut and, in turn, help with conditions related to being overweight, like high blood sugar and cholesterol. Researchers are comparing blueberry powder to a placebo powder in 59 overweight or obese adults. The main goal is to understand how blueberries might work, not to provide a direct treatment.
