Summary
This study tests whether a year-long program of eating blueberries, taking protein powder, and doing low-to-moderate exercise can reduce frailty and lower heart disease risk in older adults. Researchers will enroll 240 people aged 65 and older in Nova Scotia. The goal is to see if this combined lifestyle approach can help people age more healthfully.
