Summary
This study tests whether wearing blue-blocking glasses can reduce manic symptoms in people with bipolar 1 disorder during a manic episode. Researchers will enroll 25 hospitalized adults and ask them to wear the glasses for 7 days. The main goal is to see if the study is practical, but they will also measure changes in mood, sleep, and suicidal thoughts.
