This study tests whether wearing blue-blocking glasses can reduce manic symptoms in people with bipolar 1 disorder during a manic episode. Twenty-five hospitalized adults will wear the glasses for 7 days. Researchers will check if the glasses are easy to use and if they help improve sleep and mood.
