Summary
The Bloom Study aims to help babies develop a healthy weight by providing extra support to first-time mothers during pregnancy and until the child is 2.5 years old. Community nurses visit families at home to offer guidance on nutrition, activity, and healthy habits. The study will include about 3,500 children across 22 Danish towns to see if this approach reduces the risk of overweight and obesity.
