Summary
This study aims to understand how treatments for pulmonary hypertension (PH) affect people with lung fibrosis. Researchers will analyze blood and urine samples from 80 participants before and during treatment to find chemical markers that show who responds well. The goal is to better select patients for therapy and reduce side effects.
