Blood test could warn of Cancer's return before scans can

NCT ID NCT04739072

Summary

This study is testing whether a simple blood test can find tiny amounts of leftover cancer cells after treatment. Researchers want to see if this test can predict if colorectal cancer will come back or spread earlier than current scans and check-ups. The study involves collecting blood samples from 1,000 patients over several years to track these cancer signals.
