Summary
This study aims to develop a simple blood test that can predict whether a patient's advanced colon cancer will respond to standard chemotherapy. Researchers will analyze chemical markers in DNA from the blood of 600 patients who have already received treatment. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors choose the most effective treatment for each patient from the start.
