Summary
This study is testing whether a simple blood test that looks for cancer DNA can help doctors choose between two standard drugs for advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Researchers want to see if patients with specific DNA changes respond better to one drug versus the other. The goal is to personalize treatment for 48 adults whose cancer has progressed despite previous therapies.
