Blood test may replace CT scans for lymphoma patients

NCT ID NCT02633111

First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a blood test can spot signs of lymphoma coming back after chemotherapy, possibly earlier than regular CT scans. About 500 adults with aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin lymphoma will give blood samples after treatment. The goal is to see if this test could one day replace routine scans, making follow-up care simpler and less invasive.
