Summary
This study is testing a new blood test called HerResolve™ that aims to detect endometriosis without surgery. Researchers will compare the blood test results to findings from laparoscopic surgery in 100 women aged 18-49 who have pelvic pain symptoms. The goal is to see if this non-invasive test can accurately identify endometriosis, potentially helping women get diagnosed sooner and avoid unnecessary procedures.
