Blood test may spot cancer recurrence months before scans
NCT ID NCT07382505
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is testing a new blood test that looks for tiny bits of cancer DNA (called minimal residual disease or MRD) in patients with endometrial or cervical cancer. The goal is to see if this test can find cancer coming back earlier than standard scans or exams. About 600 participants will give blood samples at key times—like at diagnosis, after surgery, and during follow-up visits. The results could help doctors personalize treatment and catch recurrences sooner.
