First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study will test a new blood test that looks for tiny bits of cancer DNA (called MRD) in 600 people with endometrial or cervical cancer. The goal is to see if this test can find cancer coming back earlier than current methods like CT scans. Participants will give blood samples at key times—before treatment, after surgery, and during follow-up—to help doctors learn if this test can guide personalized care.
