New blood processing device could improve cancer detection from simple blood draw
NCT ID NCT06097156
Summary
This study is testing whether a new laboratory instrument called See.d can properly prepare blood samples for liquid biopsy analysis. Researchers will collect blood from 25 metastatic breast cancer patients and 20 healthy volunteers to see if the device can reliably prepare plasma and slides for detecting cancer signals. The goal is to determine if this new equipment works well enough for future cancer detection tests.
