Summary

This study explored whether being overweight or obese leads to higher blood sugar spikes after eating. Twenty healthy adults (10 normal weight, 10 overweight/obese) ate bread with orange juice and butter, and their blood sugar was measured over two hours. The goal was to understand how body weight affects blood sugar responses to different types of bread.
